Types Of Embroidery
Direct (Flat) Embroidery
The most common form of embroidery. Suitable for flat surfaces and caps. This is the most accessible form of embroidery with low minimums, fast lead-times and the most budget-friendly approach in this category.
3D Embroidery
- Oftentimes referred to as “Puff Embroidery” this brings your logo or design to the next level. Using a layer of foam, portions of your design can be raised off the surface creating a unique and custom look.
- We offer 3D embroidery in higher quantities.
- 3D embroidery works within very specific constraints, so please inquire to see if your design is right for Puff!
Embroidered or Woven Patches
- A great solution to highly detailed logos that are less successful with embroidery we offer woven and embroidered patch options to suit your design.
- Cost is minimal per patch, but the minimums are higher and lead times are longer due to the manufacturing process before we can apply them.
